We are pleased to announce that our products are shipped from Quebec, Canada. Please note that all our products are made to order and shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order it can be returned with a service offering tracking number at your own expense within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund at this address:

Returned items must be unused, uncut and not removed from the transfer tape if applicable. We will process the refund once we have received your return, please allow 5 to 10 days for processing.
